Our client is looking for Graduate/Assistant Quantity Surveyors to join their Retail and Residential Team. They are looking to grow their teams in both the Hertfordshire and London offices due to growth plans and an influx of new and repeat business.
You will be working on high end residential and retail projects, including work for some of the world’s top fashion design houses. Residential projects are high end, luxury new builds and regeneration schemes across London and Europe
Their high end clientele demand the highest quality advice and service, in line with their clients’ own brand values.
As Assistant Quantity Surveyor you will provide support to the Cost Management team and report to the QS Director. They have an excellent APC scheme and will see that you become MRICS as soon as possible as a priority.
Our client can be flexible and will consider professionals who are still studying a degree in Quantity Surveying (only) on a part-time basis.
