Basic salary £40,000 – £50,000 + Competitive Benefits Package
My client is a renowned Real Estate Consultancy currently seeking a Surveyor/Analyst with strong modelling and analytical skills to join their specialist real estate investment team providing bespoke advice across all aspects of the property investment environment. Clients include listed and private property companies and funds, local authorities, private investors, property developers, and financial institutions. The investment team has advised on over £4bn transactions in the last 3 years.

Job Responsibilities:
- Deciphering the financial viability of property investment & development projects.
- Cash flow modelling, risk analysis, return on equity and debt calculations.
- Creating cash cascades to provide debt, equity and mezzanine funding and the repayment of

- Building bespoke financial models in Excel.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the financial or property environment. An understanding of financial products and an ability to solve complex financial models is also required.
