Facilities Manager

Beach Baker is delighted to be working in partnership with a world leading property management firm.

Due to a new investment client, with a brand new building in Cambridge, we have a requirement for an experienced Facilities Manager. This role will require the successful candidate take full ownership for a day to day operational running of the site, including completing the mobilisation/snagging period. You will be accountable for all contractor activity on site and for ensuring H&S compliance. We are seeking a candidate with a background in managing commercial tenants and a strong understanding of base building management.

Additional you will be responsible for preparing and managing the service charge budgets. This site has a ground floor restaurant and a large event space directly outside the building, therefore any potential candidates with experience in event management would be ideal.

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager, ideally with a proven background of working within a commercial property environment. You will have experience in service charge budget management and ideally be IOSH qualified with a confident and personable character.
