Facilities Manager

My client is a leading Facilities Management service provider with a growing UK portfolio.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced multi-site Facilities Manager to take ownership for a mixed-use portfolio across the South West and Midlands region. Based from home, you will be expected to travel regularly to each site to build client relationships, ensure compliance and deliver the best possible FM service. This portfolio is a mix of retail, commercial and some light industrial properties.

The role

  • Take full accountability for FM service delivery across your assigned portfolio
  • Ensure all H&S compliance
  • Drive continuous improvement
  • Project Management
  • Budget Management
  • Contractor Management

The successful candidate with have a proven background in FM, with a full, clean driving licence. You will ideally be IOSH qualified with the ability to work to tight deadline and manage high volumes of work. Naturally your relationship building skills must be strong to deal with the clients and contractors.
