TRANSACTION MANAGER : DIRECTOR LONDON

Beach Baker is working closely with this leading private practice to attract a senior individual to join the team as a Transaction Manager – Director.

This is a senior position where you will manage a number of international transaction managers – ensuring the team consistently deliver transaction management systems to achieve the overall client strategy and objectives.

You will be a pivotal contact between a leading financial services client and the internal business streams; liaising to deliver services across a variety of service lines, including FM, project management, etc to ensure the client’s strategies are achieved.

You will manage the clients’ pipeline of critical lease events and develop real estate solutions to achieve predetermined business goals.

Working with the most senior executives within the client, candidates must have a proven track record in a similar position; with excellent communication and presentation skills.

You will be highly experienced within a range of practices, with a particular emphasis on UK and EMEA transaction management.

Candidates will ideally be MRICS with a proven track record either working within a similar position on the behalf of a large financial client or currently in a client-side role within a financial services organisation
