Salary £65,000 – £75,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Pension + Full Benefits Package

A leading multi-disciplinary general surveying practice has instructed Beach Baker to assist with sourcing an outstanding Landlord and Tenant Director to join its London team in a business critical position to deliver professional lease advisory services across a range of clients and assets in the London and south east market.

You will work with many long-term clients of the firm and develop new opportunities for the business. The firm has strong telesales support and leading software to assist with business development but the existing client base also offers great opportunity for fee generation.

Our client has a tremendously strong rating and agency team and you will work within a multi-disciplinary practice.

This position is a prominent role within the firm and the salary and bonus offered with the position reflect this. My client is open on the level of pqe and believes in fast track promotion for outstanding candidates – therefore applicants may currently be at either Associate Director or Director level. Candidates who join at Director level will have the opportunity to gain further promotion. This role would suit dynamic and driven individuals who want to carve out an outstanding career in a recognised firm.

Candidates will have a proven track record of handling a full and varied caseload and be strong communicators who are confident working directly with key clients, carrying out negotiations and providing accurate and trusted advice.

As you would expect, you will be adept at building relationships internally and enjoy working as part of a strong and successful team UK lease advisory team.

Candidates must be MRICS with a strong track record of providing lease consultancy advice within a private practice and be competent at cultivating relationships and business opportunities. With a wide ranging clientele, the firm is able to consider candidates with experience of a broad commercial asset range or those who are more specialist.
