Development Surveyor, West End, Up to £50,000 pa + Car Allowance, Private Health, Life Assurance & Pension
A leading independent property consultancy is looking for a Development Surveyor to join this market leading team based in the West End offices.
Providing an extensive service to a mixture of private and public-sector clients on both commercially and residential led mixed- use schemes.
Main Responsibilities
- Acquisitions & disposals of development sites.
- Advise on development opportunities from inception through to completion.
- Undertaking viability reports for planning applications.
- CPO negotiations and land assembly.
In order to be considered you WILL:-
- Be MRICS qualified.
- Have prior development experience.
- Hold a full driving licence
- Ideally have good analytical skills
