This dynamic London Property Company are currently recruiting a Development Surveyor to join their expanding London team. Looking to capitalise on their existing mixed-use assets and work on new projects with a large pipeline building for 2018. The successful candidate will ideally come from a larger consultancy and have exposure to development projects having worked within development teams on previous schemes.
My client possesses one of the strongest track records in delivering town & city centre mixed-use led regeneration in the UK and has well over £2 billion worth of assets under management.
Requirements:
- Ability to negotiate with a local authority
- Planning background
- Strong understanding of residential development
- Capable of running meetings with autonomy
