Development Surveyor/Analyst – Industrial Property Company – London
£40,000 – £50,000 Base + Benefits Package
This award winning Industrial Real Estate Company are currently recruiting a Development Surveyor with a good analytical skill set to join their expanding London team. They are looking to capitalise on their existing assets and work on new projects with a large pipeline building for 2018. The successful candidate will ideally come from a London Developer or Prop Co and have exposure to development projects having worked in a support role on previous schemes. Some prior exposure to multi-let industrial estates would also be beneficial.
My client has delivered in excess of 10 million sq ft across the UK and currently manage a significant amount of capital value across multiple sectors including industrial, office, retail, and leisure.

The successful candidate will be RICS Qualified with at least 1/2 years PQE. Should have strong analytical skills, be able to build cash flow models and have had exposure to development management functions within the Industrial & Logistics arena.
