Development Surveyor, Bedfordshire, Up to £50,000 pa
An established regional property consultancy is looking for a Development Surveyor to join the Bedfordshire offices.
This is a multi-disciplinary consultancy that covers Residential & Commercial Agency, Planning & Development, Building Surveying and Rural services.
The Development Surveyor will be servicing existing clients identifying value add initiatives, primarily promoting land for development.
This will involve providing advise on joint ventures and option agreements. The individual will need to be up to speed with local plans as will be liaising with Parish Councils, local residents and clients.
In order to be considered you WILL:-
- Ideally hold 2-5 years in a development role
- Be MRICS Qualified
- Hold a driving licence
