Following a recent successful tender an international consultancy is looking for a Corporate Real Estate Surveyor to join the established team based in W1.
The Corporate Real Estate Surveyor will join the team advising a client on their operational portfolio that consist of offices, dental surgeries and retail premises nationwide.
You will be responsible for:-
- Overseeing the day to day management responsibilities
- Managing lease events (Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, Surrenders & Transactions)
- Client reporting
- Pitching for additional business
In order to be considered you WILL:-
- Have worked on a operational portfolio
- Preferably be MRICS Qualified
- Be competent on IT programmes and confident presenting
