Commercial Valuation Surveyor – Truro

Beach Baker are delighted to be recruiting for a property consultancy looking for a Commercial Valuation Surveyor based in the South West. They are on a variety of bank panels and are currently in the process of expanding their operations. The role will involve research, valuations and completion of Red Book compliant reports.

To be successful in this position you will need to have a disciplined approach to your work as the role is very autonomous. Being MRICS is vital for this role and you will ideally have a sound understanding, with experience, of working in the commercial property sector.

The successful candidate will receive £28,000 – £35,000 + Car / Car Allowance + Benefits, depending on experience.
