Commercial Property Manager, W1
An established independent mid-sized private practice is looking for a Commercial Property Manager to take ownership of a commercial property portfolio based in their West End offices.
Providing day to day & asset management advise to broad range of clients that include property companies & commercial funds as well as owner occupiers. These are national commercial portfolios that primarily consist of office and industrial properties.
As the Commercial Property Manager you will be responsible for:-
- Attending & inspecting the propertties
- Reporting Client Statements, Service Charge budgeting and reconciliations
- Develop contact base and introduce potential new business to the Firm
In order to be considered for the role you WILL:-
- 2-5 years in commercial property management
- Knowledge PM accounting systems
