Commercial Property Manager Associate, Central London, Up to £70,000 Base (DOE)
A leading property consultancy is looking for a Commercial Property Manager Associate to be based in the Central London offices, to oversee a prestigious London portfolio.
The portfolio is made up of 9 flagship buildings that comprise of retail and office multi tenanted buildings.
The Commercial Property Manager Associate will take ownership of the portfolio and be responsible for the day to day delivery of this portfolio and identify asset enhancement schemes.
In order to be considered for this role you WILL:-
- Have set service charge budgets of multi tenanted buildings
- Hold an up to date knowledge of current Health & Safety legilsation
- Have a good understanding of Landlord & Tenant legislation
- Preferably be MRICS Qualified
