£34,000 – £45,000 PLUS FULL BENEFITS PACKAGE
Beach Baker is assisting a medium sized private practice to attract an experienced commercial property management surveyor to join its busy and friendly team.
Whilst surveyors with MRICS status would be ideally sought, the client is very open to non-qualified, experienced candidates, as candidates with similar backgrounds have been very successful in the past.
The firm enjoys long-standing relationships with a range of clients, including many private investors and property companies and offers outstanding service to these.
You will be able to provide all round management services to a number of clients based in London. You will liaise with the internal accounts team whilst overseeing service charge budgets and reconciliations and your focus will be to provide market leading service to existing and new clients.
Candidates should currently be in a similar property management surveying position and able to work closely with their clients and internal team members.
