Commercial Property Manager, Cambridge

My client is looking for a Commercial Property Manager to oversee the day to day running and strategic management of mixed use investment portfolios.

The properties under management across the clients are valued in excess of £1bn.

Working alongside the Partner you will be responsible for:-

• Setting service charge budgets
• Dealing with licence for alternations
• Liaising with all stakeholders
• Site inspections & regular client interaction
• Look at asset enhancement schemes

In order to be considered for the role you WILL:-

• Have managed multi-let commercial properties
• Be familiar with property systems (Prop Man & Argos preferable)
• Have dealt with clients direct
