Client Side Property Manager MRICS, Independent Property Company, London
Basic salary £35,000-£40,000 + Benefits package
My client is an Independent Property Company based in London and operating solely within the UK market providing a specialised approach for clients to help deliver their investment strategy.
Our clients’ property management team makes sure that they generate value for the private investors and private equity groups.
Job Responsibilities:
- Good commercial understanding and excellent communication skills
- Complex service charge regimes and asset strategy reporting
- Asset strategy and implementing opportunities to enhance asset value through lease re-gearing, rent reviews, surrenders and building improvements
The successful candidate will ideally be newly RICS Qualified and possess good commercial awareness along with an ability to work autonomously when required. This is a unique opportunity for a property manager that wants to work across all sectors, servicing a variety of clients.
