This leading Independent Cost and Project Management Consultancy are looking for a Commercial Manager to join their very successful business to help develop their infrastructure and property portfolio. You will work on various sectors such as residential, commercial, rail, highways, major regeneration areas and aviation.

As the Commercial Manager you will be joining a team led by one of the equity partners and a board member. You will work alongside other consultants and clients from diverse backgrounds and experience. It’s important you enjoy business networking and are open to getting involved with the social and sporting events held by the firm.

Skills and Experience:

• Degree qualified – within a construction related discipline
• MRICS
• 10-15 years’ experience working on property, major construction or infrastructure programmes
• Experience in public sector procurement and knowledge of NEC3
• Ideally from a contractors / construction firm background
