A leading firm of property consultants has instructed Beach Baker to assist them assist with the recruitment of a Senior Surveyor to join its London office. Working within this multi-discliplinary team, you will be part of one the strongest brands in the property market.

This is a transactional based role and candidates will be client facing and able to source and acquire commercial sites for UK and European clients.

Candidates must be self-motivated with strong commercial acumen. Working with leading corporate clients, you will work with high profile real estate acquisitions and transactions.

As you would expect, candidates must be smart, professional, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. Being a UK and European role, you will have opportunities to travel and have the opportunity to work with a range of blue chip corporate organisations.

Candidates must have previous office or industrial agency experience and a strong record of working closely with clients.
