Beach Baker is working exclusively with this dynamic and niche company which operates in a vibrant and exciting sector linked to the leisure market. It is looking to bring its acquisitions function in-house, having used a leading London private practice to-date.
With a defined acquisitions strategy for the next 3 years, my client is looking to lease assets into its portfolio in the next 18 months and has plans and funding to further develop the role as it also invests in purchasing sites in 2019/2020. This is therefore a hugely interesting and exciting opportunity to assist the company achieve its ambitious growth plans by acquiring sites which are crucial to its expansion. The company is well-funded and this is an exciting role.
Assets will be sought in leading cities in the UK and will target well-situated commercial industrial warehouse locations.
My client has a strong internal project management team who will undertake the fit-outs of the acquired assets.
Candidates will currently be in a commercial acquisitions role; be well-networked and have the self-motivation and drive to deliver ambitious and achievable acquisitions as the agent for this market leading operation. You will be tasked with acquiring warehouse/industrial units which meet the proven successful footprint of the company.
