Location: Cambridgeshire

Salary: Up to £47,000 + Car Allowance

Beach Baker is delighted to be instructed by a leading property company to source an MRICS Building Surveyor to join their Cambridgshire office. This a rare and exciting opportunity to join a well and long established client side property firm.

The successful candidate will be a key member within a small but highly successful team as the company looks to grow its portfolio of Office, Retail and Leisure throughout Hertfordshire.

As client side Building Surveyor you will report into Senior Project Surveyor you will be responsible for construction matters including project management, contract administration, employer’s agent, specification writing, dilapidations and CAD work.

You will also have an in-depth knowledge of traditional type contracts and building documents including JCT. You will have a strong track record and must be able to manage your own work load and develop projects from inception through to completion.

The ideal candidate will be chartered with 1 to 3 years PQE, strong CAD experience, time management and communication skills. On offer is a very competitive company car, private healthcare, free parking and excellent pension contributions.
