Client Side Estate Surveyor – South Wales

Beach Baker are pleased to have been instructed to recruit an Estate Management Surveyor on behalf of a High Street brand in South Wales.

The role will suit an Estate Management Surveyor capable of taking responsibility for the management of a portfolio, maximising value, ensuring property costs are met. You’ll manage a caseload of lease renewals and rent reviews, resolving disputes and completing inspections.

Based from South Wales, it is anticipated the successful candidate will have a willingness to travel across the UK and at times working autonomously to ensure business requirements are met.
Ideally, you will have your MRICS qualification and have demonstrable experience of managing commercial assets, client-side experience is preferred but not essential.
