Daily duties will mainly consist of maintenance and project management on their residential portfolio. The successful candidate will be working within a newly established department which consists of three existing building surveyors. The position offers excellent career progression and additional responsibilities, including line management of junior members of the team.
My client is ideally looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS), however non-chartered candidates with relevant experience working for a private practice, client-side organisation or housing association will also be strongly considered.
