Beach Baker are working on a great opportunity in Leeds for a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS). You will be joining a very successful team and will be working with the senior management on a fairly broad mix of work. You will look to identify new opportunities as well as manage a large existing customer base. In order to be suitable for this role you will have excellent technical knowledge and demonstrable success ideally within the Commercial market. You will have skills in creating strong client relationships. A BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying or a similar degree accredited by RICS is required and we are seeking candidates who are already chartered.
The team are close knit and it is a lively and rewarding office to be part of. Client facing surveyors with experience or particular strengths in leisure, hotel, health-care, education and retail as well as premium and volume residential will all be considered.
