There is a pipeline of work which you will be hitting the ground running with which includes, dilaps, party wall negotiations, due diligence and all aspects of commercial building surveying.
Being a small consultancy you will be given responsibility of portfolios and projects and the chance to work autonomously with support from senior members of the team when needed. As a small team culture is really important in this Building Consultancy so they are looking for someone who is ambitious, self-motivated and able to have a bit of a laugh when the time is right.
