Due to an ever increasing pipeline of building surveying work this award winning consultancy are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor with extensive experience in Party Wall Negotiation, Technical Due Diligence and Dilaps to work on an extensive commercial property portfolio to joint their building consultancy team.
This is a close knit team of highly professional building surveyors working on a broad portfolio to deliver the best possibly outcomes for their clients, in this role you will not only be in a position to utilise and develop your own skills but to pass on your knowledge to the younger generation of up and coming surveyors.
This is a client facing role so exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential as is being MRICS. You will need to be confident in your ability to hit the ground running and be able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
