An international business that specialise in providing retailers for short term accommodation is looking for a Business Development Manager to join the growing business based in the W1 offices.

Liaising with landlords looking to generate income from vacant properties by providing ‘pop ups’ to retail occupiers.

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for contacting landlords and retailers to grow the retail platform.

In order to be considered for this role you WILL have:-

• A proven track record in negotiation
• The ability to thrive in a competitive KPI driven environment
• A minimum of 2 years in sales (preferably in commercial real estate)
