An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Building Surveyor to join one of the longest and fastest growing commercial consultants. This company, established over 50 years ago, currently have over 30 building surveying graduates across the UK and has 100% APC pass rate over the past six years. They also have ambitious plans to grow their business across the UK and are looking to double the size of their Bristol office within the next five years.
The successful candidate will be managing small to medium size assignments as well as assisting on larger projects. From day one there will be a high level of client contact and the opportunity to build strong networks with all of their UK offices. You will be dealing with a range of clients in the South West by servicing a number of their blue-chip and private clients including major funds, developers, investors, banks, managing agents and occupiers.
Essential experience
- Candidates will need to have experience working within a building consultancy team at the Graduate / Assistant level and due to sit their final APC interview within 12 or 24 months.
- Ideally experience working on construction projects.
- Client facing.
- Bright, driven and a good analysis.
- Team player and social.
- Looking to progress within a market leading firm.
