£35,000 – £60,000 (dependent on experience)

Beach Baker are pleased to be assisting a small, independent chartered building surveying practice within Essex to find a Building Surveyor.

This family run company, are looking to expand their team of established professionals with the addition of either a senior building surveyor or 2 junior building surveyors. The ideal candidate will be MRCIS, although they will consider someone working towards RICS membership as part of the APC.

You will be working on residential and commercial projects up to £5m in value across the South-East UK, focused mainly in West and Central London. This is a desirable opportunity to join a multi-disciplined growing practice offering diverse experience and exposure, working both as an individual and as part of successful team.

The successful candidate will have previous UK building surveying experience in a client facing role. You will also be experienced in AutoCAD (initially 2D, 3D or Revit also considered).
