£55,000 to £70,000 plus bonus and full benefits package

Beach Baker is pleased to be working with a very highly regarded, commercial private practice which has a specialist retail and leisure function and is looking to attract an Associate Director or Director (depending on experience) into its successful London team.

The role will be providing professional landlord and tenant work for in-town retail and shopping centres on the behalf of retailers and landlords.

The firm is looking for a strong lease advisory professional who has 3rd party experience. This influential private practice will be very competitive on packages and the role will be located in London’s West End where you will work as part of a close, friendly and dynamic team on thee behalf of a range of retail and leisure clients.

You will provide landlord and tenant advise to a range of clients who have In and out of town retail and leisure portfolios. The firm boasts a range of well-known clients, from high street retail and leisure operators to large funds.

The firm offers a range of services and therefore you will benefit from cross-selling and introduction from internal teams.

As a Director in the business, you will be involved with expanding the existing client base and introducing new clients to the firm and will have an achievable fee generation target.
