ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR: CORPORATE OCCUPIER TRANSACTIONAL/ADVISORY SERVICES LONDON

£55,000 plus Bonus plus Car Allowance plus

Beach Baker is pleased to be assisting this leading private practice to recruit an additional team member into its occupier services team. The firm is actively looking to fill this expansion role in the new year.

You will be based within the advisory and transactional team, with a focus on transactional work, where you will advise clients on a range of property matters, including acquisition, leasing and disposal in addition to premise relocations and subleasing in order to assist leading occupiers achieve their occupancy needs.

Working to achieve the outlined strategies for commercial corporate occupiers, you will be tasked with providing advice and delivery transactions to achieve corporate goals and portfolio performance.

Candidates who have a proven track record within occupier solutions, with a focus on transactional advice are invited to apply on a confidential basis. Key clients’ portfolios include a range of assets, typically commercial offices, industrial units and retail and therefore candidates with experience of any sectors are of interest.

You will have excellent communication skills; ideally tenant representation experience, transaction execution and client facing skills.
