An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a national consultancy as Associate Building Surveyor in Bristol. This company, established over 100-years’ ago, pride themselves on being a traditional practice with a ‘family feel’ working atmosphere offering an exceptional service to their clients.
The successful candidate will be part of a busy and growing building consultancy team which was established two-years ago, and therefore an exciting time to join during this period of growth. You will have line management responsibility of two surveyors and report to the regional director.
The ideal candidate will already be an established surveyor in the Bristol market with a successful track record of project delivery and developing client relationships. Ideally you will already be working for a competing firm in the area with a good network of local contacts.
