On behalf of an international development consultancy with an emphasis on delivering expertise and added value to their clients, we would like to hear from Assistant level Quantity Surveyors to join their buildings division. Opportunities in Bristol and Birmingham.
This part of the business delivers services to significant projects into the £billions, through project management, scheduling, cost management, estimation and finance. In both offices, our client is working on some significant high profile procurement which would will be a great talking point in years to come to be able to say “I was involved in that”.
You should be a RICS or Engineering Graduate (or maybe both, or working towards Post Graduate level) who has gained at least 12 months practical experience with a PQS consultancy or main contractor with some or all of the following experience; preparation of monthly management reports, assisting with the preparation of estimates and cost plans, preparation of tender documentation as required by procurement choice including Bills of Quantities, preparation of financial statements, re-measurement and adjustment of variations, working on construction disputes and agreeing final accounts.
