£25,000 – £45,000 (dependent upon experience) plus bonus plus benefits
A market-leading consultancy are seeking an Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their Retail Team. They are open to considering professionals who have residential, retail or commercial sector experience.
The successful candidate will be reporting to and collaborating with an Associate. Your role will be to provide support to managers on a variety of projects, commissions and assignment for various clients.
They are looking for candidates who are client facing and communicate well. Ideally degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a similar discipline. Both pre and post contract skills and experience. Experience of managing / working on multiple projects at any given time.
They will consider professionals who are not chartered – they have a second to none APC training scheme and will see that you become MRICS as soon as possible as a priority.
