Beach Baker is currently working with a global Property & Facilities consultancy to recruit an Assistant Facilities Manager to support in providing FM services to a portfolio of buildings based primarily in the City of London.
The main duties of the role will include:
- Day to day management of FM issues as they arise
- H&S compliance (audits, risk management, reporting)
- Sustainability compliance (meter readings, recharges, liaison with utility providers and power brokers)
- Contractor management (KPI’s, service delivery)
- Service charge budgets (raising of purchase orders, tracking of spend)
- Tenant liaison
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in a similar Assistant FM or FM Coordinator position, with a good knowledge of the sector and strong communication skills.
