A niche and highly active consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker with a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Building Surveyor to join their South West office.
The company are industry experts in healthcare and capital planning, property and project management, working with over a quarter of the organisations within the NHS market at any given time.
You will be responsible for activities and continued development as the first choice provider offering a range of construction, property and strategic estates related management services to healthcare clients, including major development projects.
Main duties include:
- Project Management of NHS Construction schemes and NHS estate projects
- Business Case authoring
- Commissioning & Equipping NHS Construction schemes
- Production of Estate Strategies
The successful candidates will be a recently chartered surveyor (one to three years PQE) or an Assistant Surveyor with at least 12-months’ APC experience. Preferably, but not essentially, you will have NHS estate knowledge particularly with strategic estates management or sustainability specialisms.
On offer is a competitive basic salary, 10% car allowance, private health, pension and life assurance.
