Assistant Building Manager

Our client, an international property management firm, is currently seeking an Assistant Building Manager to support the Building Manager in the day to day operational running of a prestigious, commercial, multi-tenanted building in the Leeds city centre.

The Role

Act as first point of contact for all tenants

Assist with promoting and marketing the site to ensure full occupancy

Maintain and promote the client’s property in a cost-effective manner

Ensure compliance with all H&S regulations and legal requirements

Assist with monitoring budget expenditure

Conduct regular site inspections

Monitor contractor performance

Oversee all site works/projects

Conduct regular tenant meetings and maintain strong relationships

The Candidate

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in assisting with the running for a large multi tenanted site and have strong customer service skills. An understanding of H&S legislation is essential, as is the proven ability to manage on-site contractors. Culturally, my client is seeking a candidate with excellent presentation skills and a confident character. A hospitality/customer service background would be preferable.
