Assistant/APC Building Surveyor – Birmingham city centre

I am working with a multi-disciplinary consultancy in Birmingham city centre who are seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor to add to their growing team.

This independent firm have an impressive multi-million-pound annual turnover and work with a wide range of clients, a large majority being listed on FTSE250. They are committed to being an employee-led businesses and receive a multitude of accolades each year to this effect. Their client base includes private funds, retailers and large national commercial firms.

The role:

The successful candidate will be working in a small and successful team, undertaking professional and project work (70/30 split) working with a range of clients. You will have a mentor to supervise your APC progress and receive the support required to become MRICS.

You will be/have:

– A BSc degree in Building Surveying (RICS-accredited)

– Commercial consultancy experience

– Ideally already started on the APC Building Surveying pathway

– Motivated and commercially astute

– A good team player but also able to work autonomously
