Beach Baker are seeking an Asset Surveyor for a leading national infrastructure company. You will be working within the Site Management team, and be the principle contact regarding Property issues for a regional patch. The company pride themselves on their pioneering approach and their UK wide development structure – therefore, the successful candidate will be working for a business with both a fantastic reputation and fantastic progression opportunities.
Role responsibilities:
- Proactively manage and upgrade assets appropriately
- Manage assets to maximize yield
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a variety of individuals
- Resolve any Estates issues in a timely manner
- Database management
Candidate specification:
- Property degree
- MRICS desirable
- Performance-driven
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Adaptable and organised
- Knowledge of L&T law
Remuneration:
A competitive salary of £40,000 – £50,000 is available, + company car + benefits.
