Beach Baker is excited to be working with this leading retail operation to attract an additional asset manager into its team, to be predominantly based in London with travel of 1 – 2 days a week to the centre you will be responsible for.

You will be in direct contact with a variety of retail tenants (including many leading high street names) and therefore my client is seeking a bright and confident person who is comfortable speaking to a range of contacts; which will also include external agents and the broader internal stakeholders of the organisation. You will join a dedicated asset management team and operate within a wider service stream and therefore the ability to develop and learn within this role is tremendous.

To be considered for the position, you will have a proven track record within a property management/asset management role and will be able to exhibit experience of service charges and lease renewals. Candidates with knowledge gained within retail or shopping centres are encouraged to apply.

You will help define and implement the asset strategy for this leading retail client in order to maximise the profits of the assets. This will involve small refurbishment projects and reconfiguration of assets, which will assist with increasing occupancy and the overall returns of the asset by retaining and attracting new retailers.

You will report directly into the Senior Asset Manager and therefore this is a great opportunity to swiftly be involved with this prestigious site and work within a team which enjoys a flat hierarchy and a friendly and positive environment.
