£50,000 plus Bonus plus Full Benefits Package

We are assisting this leading provider or retail shopping space to attract an Asset Manager to join its busy London based team and take personal responsibility for a busy and vibrant location.

Your role will be to drive the success of the assets through directly managing and consulting with tenants and external agents.

Your knowledge of the retail sector will enable you to manage the designated shopping space to ensure income is maximised, manage the physical environment and minimise costs.

You will work with your clients to identify and deliver financial targets/returns.

Dealing directly with a range of retailers, you will have excellent client liaison skills and the ability to understand the centre and each clients’ core objectives in order to delivery excellence.

You will have experience handling a range of capital projects in order meet asset strategy.

Your asset management of the site will increase occupancy rates and maximise returns. You will understand tenant mix and be able to attract new retailer tenants to the site.

Asset managing a large shopping centre you will take ownership of the asset strategy for the centre, understanding and managing/enhancing tenant occupancy and the operation of the site.

With excellent communication skills, you will manage a range of internal clients, retailers and external consultants in order to meet the asset strategy and comply with corporate policies and procedures.
