Asset Manager, Client-side, London
Basic Salary £40,000 to £50,000 + Strong Package and Commission Structure
A London based Commercial Real Estate Company are currently recruiting an Asset Manager to join their expanding London team. Our client is looking to capitalise on their existing iconic retail, leisure and entertainment assets by enhancing their value through the use of strategic AM initiatives.
The position will involve working within the commercial property market in a dynamic area of London providing strategic asset management services to the companies portfolio.

The successful candidate will be RICS Qualified with at least 1 year PQE. The surveyor will ideally possess experience working within a strategic commercial asset management team. Technical property knowledge, good commercial nous and strong advisory and negotiation experience is also required.
