Base salary £45,000-£55,000 + Competitive Package
This well-known Developer are currently recruiting an Investment Analyst with mixed Asset Management and Development experience to join their specialist team working within the private rented sector.
This is a significant opportunity for a property analyst with some transactional exposure and the required skillset to progress their career within a niche team that is part of a larger Developer. This company places a strong emphasis on providing accurate investment outcomes and are heavily involved in acquiring residential/mixed use real estate assets on a day to day basis. My client possesses significant resources and will be deploying a large amount of capital in 2018.

The successful candidate will have experience/understanding of delivering investment outcomes on residential and mixed-use assets. Should have strong analytical skills, be able to build cash flow models and have had exposure to development/asset management functions.
