Basic Salary £50,000 – £55,000 + Lucrative Commission structure + Benefits
A dynamic Commercial Real Estate Practice are currently recruiting an Associate Level Retail Surveyor that has an excellent knowledge and understanding of the retail & leisure sector in London.
Assisting leading and emerging brands, my client is on the cutting edge of retail and leisure property creating new spaces and driving brand identity. The position will involve working within the commercial property market in London and the west end exclusively advising commercial occupiers on all aspects of their real estate matters and liabilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Be a proven fee earner!
- London acquisitions work and possess great business development skills to win new business.
- Identifying redevelopment opportunities and realizing potential to create mixed use schemes and investments.
- Implement commercial strategy for retail operators in London and the UK.
- Creating a targeted market approach to generate transactions.
The successful candidate will have specialised experience in the retail & leisure sector in London and be a proven fee earner. The rewards are great for the right person.
