Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have let 96 Cranleigh Road, Southbourne to Pizza Gourmet Ltd who will open the retail premises as a Pizza Takeaway.

The premises comprise a sales area of 727 sq ft together with 110 sq ft of ancillary space, and was let by way of a new full repairing and insuring lease for a term of 5 years with an option for the tenant to purchase the Freehold. The quoting price was £190,000.
