Property and Asset Management expert Tina Reuter recruited from Jones Lang LaSalle

Cushman & Wakefield, the largest privately-owned real estate services firm has recruited Tina Reuter as a Partner and Head of EMEA Business Development & Client Management for its Property & Asset management service line primarily in Germany, northern Europe, Austria and Switzerland. Tina will join Cushman & Wakefield in the first quarter of 2013 and will be based in Frankfurt.

Since 2006 Tina Reuter has occupied various senior management posts at Jones Lang LaSalle, latterly as Head of Property Management Germany. She was previously a senior manager for a private-public partnership and project manager for an architects’ office.

In February Cushman & Wakefield announced the appointments of Nina Jansen and Andreas Gast as Partners and Heads of Property & Asset Management in Germany and in May announced that Richard Davies would join in Q4 as Partner and EMEA Head of Retail Property & Asset Management.  Earlier this year Sharon French joined the firm as Partner in our London Property & Asset Management team.

In EMEA, Cushman & Wakefield has offices in 16 countries with around 650 Property & Asset Management specialists who are responsible for some 4,000 properties with a total lettable area of some 16 million sq.m.

Globally some 7,000 C&W professionals (EMEA: 650) are responsible for some 15,600 properties (EMEA: 4,000) with a total area of some 75 million sq.m. (EMEA: 16 million sq.m.).
