New recruits for Cushman & Wakefield’s Bristol office

Cushman & Wakefield has made four new appointments to its office in Bristol.

Shimarlie Andrew has joined as a Senior Consultant, Nasreen Dad has joined as a Retail Surveyor whilst Polly Smart and Oscar Skevington-Postles have joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Graduate programme.

Shimarlie joins Cushman & Wakefield’s Public Sector Advisory team and will be working with a number of NHS and public-sector organisations providing strategic estates advice. She was previously employed as a Consultant in Capita Health’s Property and Infrastructure team, where she provided support to a number of NHS Trusts across the UK.

Nasreen joins the Retail Asset Services in Bristol team and will be managing shopping centre and retail park assets and providing strategic management services for clients. She was previously with Workman LLP in Bristol where she was responsible for the management of retail assets across the South West.

Polly is a recent graduate from the University of Reading whilst Oscar is mid-way through a Masters in Building Surveying at UWE Bristol. As part of Cushman & Wakefield’s Graduate programme, they will spend the next two years working towards a professional qualification through the RICS and CIBSE.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Bristol office employs 40 staff who are based at its office at Rivergate House on Redcliff Street.
