Colliers has appointed Will Foster as director within its National Offices team, further strengthening its South East offices capability.
Will joins the firm from BNP Paribas Real Estate bringing more than 25 years of experience in the office market. He has a strong track record advising major landlords on leasing strategy, asset positioning, development advisory and occupier engagement with clients including NFU Mutual, Corum XL, Praxis, CLS, L&G, Royal London and McAleer & Rushe.
His appointment reflects Colliers’ continued investment in its South East offer, complementing the team’s established occupier advisory expertise with Will’s extensive landlord advisory experience. As Colliers continues to grow its presence across the region, Will will work alongside Willem Janssen, Conor Walmsley, Sam Lewis and Lily Moxon.
