Cushman & Wakefield promotes eight to International Partner in EMEA

Cushman & Wakefield has made eight promotions to International Partner across EMEA in its latest round of promotions. These follow a record 142 promoted to Partner and Associate/Associate Director across the region in April.

Based in the UK, France, the Netherlands and Spain, the latest employees to achieve promotion to the senior level are spread across Cushman & Wakefield’s service lines.

Nick Allan who heads up the Capital Markets team based in Cushman & Wakefield’s Bristol office is among those promoted. Nick joined the business (then DTZ) in 2002 and has led the regional investment team covering the Midlands, South West and Wales since 2009.

Nick has been involved in some of the most significant development and investment projects in the region, including the sale of 10 Canons Way, Bristol (£95M) and Accolade Park Bristol (£62M) to South Korean investors and the sale of Grand Central in Birmingham (£335M) to Hammerson. The development projects include the funding on behalf of Legal & General of the Roseberry Place PRS scheme in Bath (£48M), the funding of the new BBC HQ in Cardiff (£80M) to LGIM and Sawclose Bath (£19M) for DTZ Investors.

As well as the eight promotions, a further three International Partners have joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2018: Emma Swinnerton (EMEA Head of Flexible Leasing Solutions), Louise Bonham (Head of UK Asset Services) and Tina Parfitt (Chief Information Officer, EMEA Asset Services).
