Dominvs Group has acquired the freehold interest in 14 Shouldham Street, London W1 for a consideration of just under £7 million. The office space will be used for the company’s own occupation.
The attractive converted chapel, located in Marylebone, comprises over 5,000 sq ft (464.5 sq m) of office space over three floors, with the potential to develop into over 10,000 sq ft (929 sq m). Dominvs Group will extensively refurbish the Shouldham Street premises, with a view to moving the team from its existing Baker Street office in early 2019.
